Dieser Kurs vermittelt die Grundlagen und Techniken des realistischen Zeichnens mit dem Ziel, Motive möglichst naturgetreu wiederzugeben. Dabei stehen präzise Formen, korrekte Proportionen, Perspektive sowie die differenzierte Darstellung von Licht, Schatten und Texturen im Mittelpunkt. Durch gezielte Übungen werden sowohl die Beobachtungsgabe als auch das technische Können geschult.

Besondere Bedeutung kommt der Arbeit mit Kontrasten und der Ausarbeitung von Details durch feine Linien und Strukturen zu, um die Realität überzeugend auf das Papier zu übertragen. Der Kurs umfasst Demonstrationen des Dozenten, individuelles Feedback sowie gemeinsame Besprechungen der Arbeiten. 

Ziel ist es, die Freihandzeichnung, die Linienführung und die Fähigkeit zum genauen Abzeichnen nachhaltig zu verbessern.

Cet atelier d’introduction à l’upcycling vous invite à explorer les bases de la transformation textile : apprendre à observer, imaginer, couper, assembler et de redonner de la vie a vos vêtements.

En partant de pièces existantes (chemises, jeans, t-shirts, etc.), chaque participant/e conçoit et réalise un vêtement ou accessoire personnalisé, en combinant design, créativité et techniques de couture.

Aucune expérience n’est nécessaire, seulement l’envie de créer et de repenser la mode autrement. Ensemble, nous apprendrons à valoriser ce que nous avons déjà, à expérimenter et à affirmer notre style tout en respectant la planète.

Oil Painting Fundamentals

In this course, you will learn the basics of oil painting. We will explore:

  • Color theory and color mixing

  • Brushwork and handling techniques

  • Measurements and composition

  • Detailing and finishing methods

  • Ways to shift your perception and conceptualize more effectively

You will try different oil-painting methods and approaches as you develop your skills.

Objectives :

  • Learn the fundamental principles of oil painting

  • Understand the foundations of still life painting

  • Build confidence in working with oils

Structure :

This course focuses on creating still life paintings in oil to help you become familiar with the medium. You will work with:

  • Alla prima (wet-on-wet) technique

  • Glazing (layered) technique

  • Different types of canvas surfaces

By the end of the course, participants will complete 4–6 finished paintings.

Coloured clay ceramics with Nerikomi Technique

1. Making ceramic objects using the coloured clay inlay technique known as Nerikomi.

2. Medium: Stoneware clay / porcelain clay / ceramic stains / transparent glaze.

3. Course description: Nerikomi was first created in Japan and involves stacking, cutting, and inlaying coloured pieces of clay to form different patterns. Using various coloured stoneware or porcelain clays, ceramic objects are made by hand-building or forming on a mould.

4. Course objectives: To learn the process of making ceramic objects using the coloured clay inlay technique known as Nerikomi or Neriage.

  • Structure of course: 8 weeks

    • Session 1: Mixing coloured clay to prepare for making.
      Introduction to Nerikomi examples and how they were made.

    • Session 2: Continue mixing colours if not finished. Preparing slabs to make inlaid bowls or plates. Exploring how to design patterns using coloured clay inlays.

    • Session 3: Making coloured blocks. Preparing slabs for bowls, plates, or cylinders.

    • Session 4: Making objects.

    • Session 5: Making objects.

    • Session 6: Preparing pieces for bisque firing.

    • Session 7: Sanding and smoothing bisque-fired pieces.

    • Session 8: Glazing finished pieces.

Note: It is very important to attend all the nerikomi classes, as this practice follows a structured process with continuity from one session to the next. We also ask you to follow the teacher’s instructions. Even if you already have experience in ceramics, working with porcelain involves a different, more specific methodology that requires an adapted approach.
