End your day with Yoga-asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. We will practice poses that have a calming and soothing effect on the body and mind, ideal to let the day conclude in a mindful manner.
Zoé will guide you through a grounding Yoga sequence, always providing options and modifications so that each level of practice feels both welcomed and challenged.
