During the course student’s practice:
color mixing, tonal studies, and composition exercises.
painting methodology is introduced through live demonstrations on canvas.
students paint from life, working with plants and flowers (still-life, botanical studies).
impressionist studies are carried out, focusing on composition, color, and spatial construction.
outdoor sketching and painting in nature take place when weather permits.
creating sketches and develop landscape interpretations on canvas.
works by famous painters are explored and discussed, and the instructor shares her personal creative method.
