Yoga, meditation, breathwork & philosophy
In these sessions we will focus on practicing yoga but also understand the background of this ancient practice that had its origins around 5000 years ago in India. Experience a mix of breathwork (pranayama), Asanas (postures) relaxation/meditation techniques, chanting & mantras. We will also explore guided meditations, partner yoga poses, mandala creation, flexibility and mobility.
Furthermore, we will dive into the philosophy and origins of yoga to get a better understanding how to incorporate yoga in our modern lifestyle.
Beginners as well as experiences practitioners are welcome from 16 years onwards.
Please bring your yogamat and wear comfortable clothes. Optional - you may bring a small sitting pillow, a blanket or any other prop that you like as well as a notebook.
