Course description: Gouache is appreciated for its versatility, allowing artists to create vibrant artworks with a smooth blending. Its reactivatable nature permits corrections even after drying, making it a favourite for detailed work. With vibrant pigments and ease of use, gouache balances acrylics and watercolours, allowing artists to achieve bold layers and delicate washes, making it ideal for various techniques and styles. In this workshop, participants will be encouraged to explore various subjects like still life, landscapes, and other subjects based on their interests, allowing them to apply learned techniques across different artistic expressions. Through individual projects, practical tips, and constructive feedback, this workshop aims to not only teach technical skills but also cultivate creativity and personal style in gouache painting.
