In these morning Yoga Session we will focus on relieving and enforcing our spine and abdominals along with our regular yoga practice inspired by our Hatha and Sivananda Teachings. 

Expect a mix of breathing exercices (pranayama), warm up, sun salutations, Asanas (postures) and relaxation/meditation. If the weather permits the sessions will be held outdoors in a beautiful urban garden. Suitable for all ages and levels.

Dans ce stage, vous allez :

• découvrir l’histoire des parfums orientaux,
• découvrir les principales matières des parfums orientaux : baumes, notes vanillées, …
• sentir plusieurs parfums orientaux : Shalimar, Flower by Kenzo, La Nuit de l’Homme, Alien, Black Opium, …
• étudier un parfum oriental,
• créer votre propre parfum oriental avec la possibilité de vous inspirer du parfum étudié.

The Abstract Watercolour Portrait workshop is a class designed to learn how to create fluidly watery abstract pieces on thick paper.

In a freeing and abstract way, we will be using color theory as an inspiration source and abstract shapes to define a beautiful composition, using or not realistic elements, and or elements from nature or surroundings.

We will be gathering inspiration, using reference images if desired, a basic understanding of color and how it works, layer and depth understanding, and adding color to make the composition stand up. 

This class is for basic levels and you need no experience to create and join this course.

We will explore:

• Gathering Inspiration trough colour, geometrical shapes and nature if desired. 

• Harmonious Color Combinations

Pendant le cours on va réaliser différents sujets, tels quel les paysages, les ciels, les personnages, les animaux, les fleurs, les nature-morts et l'architecture avec cette merveilleuse technique. L’aquarelle est un vrai plaisir avec ses grandes surprises et ses découvertes.

This painting course is designed for everyone, both those with prior experience in painting, and those who never tried it but want to experience the joy of creation. 

In this course, participants will be introduced to the basics of composition and colour relationships, learn about different acrylic painting techniques and experiment with textures and backgrounds. Participants will reveal their creativity and spontaneity, expressing their emotions on canvas.

In the beginning of the course, participants will experiment in making sketches, based on which they will work on their paintings.

Participants can bring some landscape photographs from their travels or other images of their favourite landscape (mountains, sea, ocean, forests, rivers, distant fields, etc.), based on which they will create a unique interpretation of the landscape.

Vous allez (re)découvrir une pratique photographique plus intuitive et moins technologique, le plaisir de manipuler des appareils photo simples, redoutablement efficaces et surtout la magie du développement de vos films ainsi que du tirage sur papier photo en chambre noire. Chacun fera ses propres tirages.

Celles et ceux qui ont déjà une pratique en chambre noire et qui veulent se perfectionner, travailler sur un projet personnel ou expérimenter des techniques différentes (pinhole photography, photogrammes,…) sont aussi les bienvenus.

Au programme :

• Techniques de prises de vue argentique et manipulation de votre appareil

• Sessions pratiques de prise de vue
• Développement des films noir et blanc en cuve.
• Réalisation de tirages noir et blanc sur papier photosensible.

L'art des carreaux cassés est un style d'art dans lequel vous pouvez créer des œuvres d'art en découpant de simples carreaux et en les assemblant pour former un motif. 

Dans cet atelier, nous apprendrons ensemble à découper les carreaux dans les formes spécifiques que nous aimons et à les assembler pour créer de belles œuvres d'art.

Dieser Keramikkurs hat das Ziel, grundlegende handwerkliche Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln, Kreativität zu fördern sowie die KursteilnehmerInnen an den Umgang mit dem Material Ton heranzuführen.

Die TeilnehmerInnen sollen außerdem während diesem Kurs den Umgang mit keramischen Farben und Glasuren erlernen.

Dieser Keramikkurs ist der beste Weg, um in die Arbeit mit Ton einzusteigen oder bereits erworbene Kenntnisse zu vertiefen.

Sketching is an essential for developing drawing, observational and design skills. It allows our minds to focus, which teaches us discipline and commitment, while being fun and whimsical at times. Sketching is the earliest drawing activity, and it stays with us for our whole artistic path. It can function as a meditative activity, or as a way to visualise whatever we perceive inside or outside of our body and mind. This course will focus on setting up a good mindset for sketching, so that it can be developed into a habit. We will cover different techniques, like markers, pencils, ballpoint pens and other, so that you will not be bored or scared to experiment. The aim of this course is not to teach you good anatomy, perspective or rendering (although if needed, answers will be provided) - it is to allow you to search what you like about creating visuals, and where you want to go with it
